About the event
Hailing from the Los Angeles area, Rick Shea & Tony Gilkyson are seasoned guitarists and songwriters with well-known resumes (Shea with Wanda Jackson, R.E.M and others, Gilkyson with Tom Waits and Bob Dylan and both with Dave Alvin) team up here on each others songs. Their songs and sound are informed by many roots music genres including folk, blues, country, americana, rock n roll and more. Rick Shea and Tony Gilkyson are artists and song crafters at the highest level.
