Artist Showcase featuring Kate Paul, M'F'RS and Ellie Rollins

With three amazing artists ready to share their amazing sounds, you dont want to miss this Cabin Creek concert! 

 Opening the night is Kate Paul, a singer/songwriter hailing from Oregon. She lives in Santa Monica where she spends her free time enjoying the outdoors and making music. Some of her biggest musical inspirations are Elton John and Billy Joel.

Following Kate's performance will be special-guest band M'F'RS, who are making their Cabin Creek Concert debut! If Randy Newman and Donald Fagen had a baby and the godparents were Toms Petty and Waits, it might sound something like M’F’RS. Scrutable

lyrics set to exquisite piano chord progressions frame the major struggles and minor triumphs of a cast of rascals while they navigate the

vagaries of human existence. Stark, humorous, and reflective, this is a strangely comforting sound. Like Marty Fermata, bandleader of M’F’RS

is often heard to say: “Don’t sweat the big stuff.”

To close out the night will be none other than Cabin Creek owner and singer Ellie Rollins. Ellie is an exceptional singer-songwriter, hailing from the beautiful Bay Area of California. With a musical journey spanning over two decades, she has spent the last 20 years immersed in the vibrant music scene of Hawaii and currently calls Los Angeles her home. Ellie’s musical style is a captivating blend of country, rock, blues, gospel, and bluegrass. These diverse influences have shaped her unique sound, allowing her to create soul-stirring melodies and heartfelt lyrics. Her songs serve as a reflection of her own life as they are filled with unexpected twists and turns that have left a profound impact on her audiences.
