About the event
Multi-talented singer-songwriter Ted Kamp is set to grace the Santa Monica air with his soulful, roots-oriented songs! Joined by both Bliss Bowens' and James Combs' uniquely entrancing Americana sounds, we're excited for a night of high vibrations - You're sure to drift someplace magical!
On Ted's newest release: 'Solitaire' is Kamp’s 13th full album release. It consists of 14 songs recorded mostly alone at home during the last 9 months of the lockdown. The songs and overall feel of the album have a more intimate and singer-songwriter quality. Kamp wanted them to sound more like solo performances, but with some extra spice added, reflecting the loneliness of being at home in quarantine: isolated from friends and the chance to play live. “I think it echoes what a lot of us have been going through this year; the loneliness and doubt as well as the day dreaming and not wanting to give up. I wanted to put these songs out there because we have all been going through similar things.”

Bliss Bowen, our lovely second act, holds true to a classic blend of smooth vocals and friendly twang guitars! With her enigmatic energy and seamless songwriting, Bliss' music is the perfect addition to a night below the Moon: Sweet, light, and airy.
James Combs, a multi-talented, LA-based artist whose presence has been a welcome force in the music industry for many years; will be our third guest for the evening! Reminiscent of heartfelt and timeless works from artists like Neil Young, his newest effort is a beautiful addition to the catalogue: '“Falling Under Spells” is the new solo album from Great Willow’s James Combs.
