About the event
Our Reno team is so honored to have our very own Bianca Gutierrez host a beautiful session of breathwork! With multiple certifications held from the Energy of Breath School + the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Bianca's foundation as a healer offers nothing but love and empathy for those she assists - The wonderful foundation for helping others to find their breath.
Through this session, we'll experience the healing power of Circular Connected Breathing, which is designed to help us let go of negative energy and better focus our thoughts. Bring along your yoga mat, a cozy blanket, and your water bottle as we recenter and drift away!
Our event begins at 6:30 PM in Reno's Cabin Creek Crystals location (770 S. Virginia Street in Midtown). As spots are limited, we lovingly encourage you to reserve your spot in advance. We can't wait to see you there and share in an evening of bliss!
